Vbox Additions Installation
- On the Oracle VM Virtual Menu bar, click Devices -> Install Guest Additions
- Open a terminal session as root user. Execute "su root".
- Ensure that you have internet connection on VM.
- Perform this step if "public-yum-ol6.repo" is not located in the "/etc/yum.repos.d/" directory. Here is the link for Oracle Public Yum Server.
wget http://public-yum.oracle.com/public-yum-ol6.repo yum update
- Install the following packages necessary for the Vbox Additions installation.
yum install gcc yum install kernel*
- Restart VM
- Double click Vbox Additions Icon on Desktop.
- Click "Open Autorun Prompt" to install.
